Manistee Lake is a shallow lake, ranging from shore line to 16 feet deep. Because it is a shallow lake the water is warm in the summer making it fun for children and adults to jump in and enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boating, water-skiing, tubing, etc.. Our Timberline Cottage is 'woodsy', cozy, and warm. It's knotty pine walls make it storybook-like, which makes it a perfect up-north getaway for families, hunters, fishing fanatics, snowmobilers, skiers, snowboarders, golfers, scrapbookers, and everyone who enjoys the beautiful outdoors.
